The Registration Desk will not be open on Friday, November 10, 2017. If you need registration assistance on Friday, go to the Conference Office in Room 306.
Payment in US dollars must be made by personal or corporate check (drawn on a US bank only), wire transfer, or by Master Card, Visa or American Express credit card. Checks should be made payable to "2017 MMM Conference". All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of advance registration must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and received no later than October 16, 2017. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitutions may be made prior to this date in writing, however, after October 16 substitutions will be handled onsite. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions.
Attendees are required to wear name badges to enter all Conference events.
Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy
By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by MMM Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in MMM conference publications and websites, and on social media sites. Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
Meet the Experts Panel Session
This is an exclusive event for students to be held Thursday, November 9 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm in Lecture Hall 407 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Registered attendees will receive a ticket with their registration packet. Tickets are required at the door.

Young Professionals Networking Event
If you have just recently entered the professional workforce, you are invited to attend this special luncheon event to be held on Thursday, November 9 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm in the Westmoreland Room at the Westin Hotel. Dr. Parans Paranthaman, Distinguished Scientist, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Professor, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, will give a talk on Preparing Successful Research Proposals: A General Guide for Young Professionals. Please join us for professional development insights, networking and a light lunch.
