The registration fees do not include any full meals or meal service during the Conference week. The Welcome Reception, however, is included with your paid Registration.
Payment in US dollars must be made by personal or corporate check (drawn on a US bank only), wire transfer, or by Master Card, Visa or American Express credit card. Checks should be made payable to: "2017 MMM Conference". All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees.
All Registrations must be accompanied by FULL payment and must be received by October 16, 2017.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of advance registration must be submitted in writing to email@example.com and received no later than October 16, 2017. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitutions may be made prior to this date in writing, however, after October 16 substitutions will be handled onsite. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions.
All Conference attendees are required to wear the official 2017 MMM Conference name badge to enter the Technical Sessions, Exhibits and Receptions.
Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy
By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by MMM Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in MMM conference publications and websites, and on social media sites. Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
