Entry Requirements to the USA
NOTICE: Air travel restrictions have been lifted starting November 8, 2021 for international visitors who are fully vaccinated. Visitors will need to be fully vaccinated, show proof of a negative COVID test within three days of boarding a flight and agree to contact tracing. This page will be updated as more details are confirmed.
Obtaining your visa to enter the U.S. may take up to three to six months for processing of your application and receipt of your visa. We encourage our foreign participants to confirm entry requirements and apply for their visas as early as possible – at least four months before the Conference. Applicants should first consult the U.S. Department of State’s visa appointment and processing wait times website. Review your visa status now to determine if you need a U.S. visa or visa renewal and to find out how to schedule an interview appointment.

To request a letter of invitation from the Conference, complete the form below. You must be a paid registrant or accepted presenter in order to receive an invitation letter. Registration will open on August 5, 2022. Invited presenter acceptance notices will be sent in early June and abstract acceptance notices will be sent by August 12, 2022.
