The Hiʻuwai Ceremony is a traditional Hawaiian water purification ritual, held on the beach in the early morning just before sunrise. Participants reflect on what they want to release and then enter the ocean to cleanse themselves of any stress, blockages, fears, or problems, and set new intentions. After submerging under the water, you turn toward the East to greet the sun and chant, welcoming the new day and a restorative fresh start. $20
